There were more good results for Ros at the weekend. The five-year-old Silvesters Finesse, owned by Deborah and Fergus Langstaff, made her British Eventing debut a winning one after adding just one showjumping time penalty to a 25 dressage score which was good enough to win the BE90Open.
DHI Wingman retained his record of top three finishes this season, taking the runner-up spot in his BE100 section with a good double clear.
Moving up to novice level, Parklodge Side By Side added just cross country time penalties to her 31.3 dressage score to pick up a seventh-place rosette, DHI Rock Dancer also jumping double clear but Ros very much keeping the hand brake on across country.
Ros’ final ride, Shannondale Nadia, was withdrawn from the open intermediate before the cross country.
