Ros secured Izilot DHI’s Le Lion qualification at Cornbury with an immaculate double clear in his first CCI3*S. The pair finished in 4th place, their 2.4 cross country time penalties dropping them from 2nd after the dressage phase.
Both Spring Ambition and Rehy Royal Diamond had steady runs in open intermediate sections – both double clear but with time penalties, while Shannondale Nadia also jumped a steady cross country clear in her intermediate class, following a rail down in the showjumping.
