Travelling reserve is not the easiest position to fill but, not surprisingly, Ros proved to be an excellent cheer leader for team GB – along with Sarah Charnley who was there taking care of Alby.
It was a fabulous result for the team – the first team gold in 49 years – and a privilege to watch it first hand. Massive congratulations to Oliver, Laura and Tom – and to Tom for his individual silver medal too.
Alby is home safe from his travels, looking fabulous – though perhaps wondering what it was all about and when was he going to get to perform!
Back to normality now with eight horses entered at Aston-le-Walls….
