Ros’s last British event for 2017 was Norton Disney – and it was a successful one. Both Grafics and DHI Jura jumped double clears, Grafics winning his BE100 section and DHI Jura finishing 8th in a novice.
To quote Ros: “Both horses made me proud today. Grafics has been a challenge, occasionally taking an unscheduled break on the cross country, but he is now starting to show his true talent and I can’t wait to get him out next season. DHI Jura, our one eyed wonder, has been clear in every cross country start this season. It has taken time, but he is now trusting me and loving his job. Competing at Novice for Jura is a bit like competing at 3 star for another horse, so for him to fly round today for 8th is a win in itself!”
Now it’s just a quick turn around for the long drive down to Pau in the Pyrenees where Zenshera will be taking on the CCI4*.
