Ros Canter Eventing

The horses went well at the inaugural Scone Palace International. In the CCI2*L Broadstone Lion Man led from pillar to post at his first ever international competition, completing on his 26.0 dressage score, while Izilot DHI nearly made it a double in the CCI4*S.

He led the dressage, before alternating the lead with Laura Collet’s London 52. Both show jumped clear, adding 0.4 of a time penalty leaving Ros 0.2 ahead going in to cross country. Unfortunately Ros came home one second over the optimum time, with Laura inside the time, giving Laura the win by 0.2!

MHS Seventeen picked up 20 penalties at the big drop into water, having been well placed after dressage and showjumping clear. Finally Jack of Clubs was withdrawn before showjumping in the CCI3*L.
